I believe that by engaging in therapy you have the opportunity to change and improve your life. Whether you are seeking help at this time due to challenging or unexpected life circumstances, or your difficulties are more long-standing, therapy can make a big difference. It can help you gain a more meaningful and fulfilling life, better understand yourself and your relationships with others,
more effectively communicate, and discover new ways to cope in the world.
Everyone has their own unique story and I work to connect with and help you according to your individual needs. I practice psychodynamic psychotherapy and psychoanalysis.
A graduate from Columbia University School of Social Work, I am a licensed clinical social worker with 10 years of experience as a practicing therapist. I have a post-master's certificate in advanced individual therapy and have studied Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Currently, I am enrolled in psychoanalytic training at the Institute for Psychoanalytic Education affiliated with NYU Medical School.
I welcome you to contact me for a consultation session, where together we can evaluate your needs and develop a plan for our work together.
