Ongoing psychotherapy groups of psychologically sophisticated adult men and women, who are open to exploring ways to improve their relationships. Find new ways to make yourself understood and identify and improve ineffective ways of communicating. Interactions within the group setting allow for access to more difficult feelings and ways to manage those feelings and the thoughts they create, so as not to stuff them nor target others.

Supervision Group for licensed psychotherapists: Enhance our listening and interventions using a variety of modalities within the group.
