Personal Statement:

I have been practicing psychotherapy in New York for many years. I create a safe, comfortable and non-judgmental environment for each client to allow for maximum growth, improved self-esteem, and an overall happier life. I am here to help you cope with the daily emotional issues and psychological challenges you face. Feelings of isolation, depression, anger, loss and others become detrimental to healthy living.

These feeling increase the risk of mismanaging chronic illnesses including Diabetes, Multiple Sclerosis, Crohn's Disease and others. I have been coping with chronic illness for 34 years. Diagnosed with Juvenile Diabetes at age 6, I personally have greater knowledge and a unique understanding of the relationship issues between chronic illness and oneself, parents, family, spouses, friends and business colleagues.

Aside from chronic illness, diabetes and addiction, I have a thriving general practice where I see clients with a variety of different backgrounds and issues including: depression, anxiety, trauma and others.
