"I'd like to introduce you to someone you may not know very well, YOURSELF."
The psychotherapy journey can ultimately lead to the enhancement of conflict-free thinking and behavior; this in turn can contribute to a more satisfying life.
I've been practicing psychotherapy since 1982 integrating both psychoanalytic and cognitive behavioral perspectives. My dual paths as psychotherapist and visual artist have led me to recognize the importance of both the visible and invisible creative forces that need to be harnessed. Essential to living more fully is the ability to identify and remove the obstacles that can prevent us from making any profound changes.
I believe that the relationship between myself and the other is unique in that as a team we must discover and create an atmosphere necessary for this change.
