My way of working is an eclectic style which combines family systems theory, attachment theory and something pioneered by the brilliant psychiatrist and neuro-scientist, Dr. Daniel J. Siegal at UCLA called "interpersonal neurobiology." He and others have influenced me from "hard-core scientists" such as Dr. Daniel Goleman to spiritual visionaries like Ram Dass and the Dalai Lama. My approach synthesizes the afore-mentioned theories with the latest brain research and incorporates tools such as "mindfulness meditation" and other techniques to, in effect,
"re-wire your brain." This revolutionary approach can radically change your behavior and your outlook on life and eradicate depression and poor self esteem. It leads to successful personal, professional, emotional and spiritual health in all areas of ones life.
