I believe psychotherapy is a collaborative process in which the relationship between therapist and patient becomes the conduit of change. In this journey the underlying conflicts, barriers, and old internal dialogues that keep people stuck, are explored in a safe environment. During more than 30 years of practice, I have developed an eclectic clinical approach that embraces multiple psychotherapeutic perspectives and techniques including psychoanalytic psychotherapy, EMDR, and mind/body consideration. We all have hidden potential that can be unlocked to increase life options, and achieve a greater sense of well being. I feel privileged to participate in this process.
