My therapeutic approach is tailored to the specific needs of the individual client with whom I am working. I utilize a holistic approach in my therapy, which includes hypnotherapy, EMDR (for trauma) and traditional psychotherapy. As a perceptive listener, I focus on helping my clients find possibilities within themselves. I seek to constructively challenge clients who are stuck in their lives with particular issues or relationships. Working collaboratively with my clients, I bring a sense of hope and possibility into the therapy room.
