I have come to therapy by way of a passion for people and the infinite ways we all struggle with relationships, conflicts and life’s dilemmas. Each of us striving to do and be the best we can be alongside our unique cluster of strengths and weaknesses. As a Hispanic and fluent Spanish speaking therapist, I work with a wide range of clients, from immigrants and foreigners to 10th generation Americans drawing upon their particular strengths to awaken the healing process. My work is grounded in 3 theoretical frameworks: psychodynamic, family systems and cognitive behavioral, and in making use of an eclectic set of techniques to fit the individual client’s needs.
