Personal Statement:
THRIVE. Do not merely survive in your relationships, in your work, in your school and in your personal sense of well being. This has been my approach in the over 30 years that I have been in clinical practice, in working with graduate students and in doing workshops. I practice mind-body techniques (EMDR, sensorimotor psychotherapy, somatic experiencing, and guided imagery) in addition to the traditional "talk" therapy, to help people get "unstuck." The result is a freeing and a transformation, that I am blessed to be part of in this, our joint endeavor, in which safety and empathy reign.
